Project Description

Design Objective

Two-dimensional studies exploring how placement of vertical planes, represented here by linear elements) create and define space

- Each design has exactly 24 line "segments" with no fully enclosed spaces

- Employ ordering principles such as repetition, balance, datum, hierarchy and symmetry to organize
form and space, creating a logic or "story" with each design

Stalactites
Repetition | Parallels | Asymmetry

The troglodyte parent and child behold the magnificent beauty of
their spleleothem ceiling.  The stalactites, not only decorative, serve
as room dividers that take up no precious floor space

Don Quixote Dispensary
Radiality | Reflection | Corner-Weighting

With enough gale force the green pharmacy sign transforms into a windmill.
Or is it a giant?
